Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
Full Time/Year Round work. Our on call is 1 week every 2 weeks.

PAY: $18.00 - $22.00/HR

What we are hoping for:

2+ years' experience in maintenance, including 1+ years in multi-family housing
HVAC or EPA Certification preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
CPO Certification preferred
Drywalling including painting and carpentry
