Insurance Sales Representative | Path to Agency Ownership

Previous business ownership, management, or leadership experience is a plus.

Insurance experience is helpful, but it is not required. Candidates who do not currently hold their insurance licenses can receive guidance on the licensing process.

Compensation:

$112,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize and implement effective sales techniques.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to provide clients with the best options.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by actively seeking new business opportunities within the local market.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.
• Assist clients in navigating the insurance application process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales, business development, or customer service, showcasing your ability to connect with clients.

• Ability to communicate effectively and build strong, lasting relationships with clients and team members.

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, demonstrating your competitive and self-motivated nature.

• Interest in leadership and business ownership, with a vision for growing your own agency.

• Ability to work effectively within the Killeen-Temple-Fort Hood, TX market, leveraging local knowledge and connections.

• Previous experience in business ownership, management, or leadership is a plus, highlighting your enterprising spirit.

• Willingness to learn and adapt, staying informed about industry trends and product offerings to provide the best client solutions.
