ProSidian Seeks a Virtual Leadership Training Instructor for Program Support on a Exempt 1099 Contract: No Overtime Pay Basis Hybrid – On/Off Client Site and Virtual in The CONUS - Southeast (Fort Bragg, NC and Contract Contingent, generally located across the CONUS - Southeast (Fort Bragg, NC and Virtual Delivery) Across The Southeastern United States / U.S. East Coast Region supporting a Army Reserve civilian leadership development and training environment

The Virtual Leadership Training Instructor is aligned with GSA Labor Category: Training Design Specialist / Instructor Level II.

We seek Virtual Leadership Training Instructor candidates with relevant DOD/Military Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for DOD/Military Sector Clients such as USARC. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Virtual Leadership Training Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - Civilian Training Services Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Provide services and support as a Virtual Leadership Training Instructor [Civilian Training Services] aligned with the Virtual Leadership Training Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline in the DOD/Military Industry Sector.

This role focusses on HC | Human Capital Solutions for clients such as United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) | USARC Civilian Training Services - 'Civilian Personnel Management Office (CPMO) Generally Located In CONUS - Southeast (Fort Bragg, NC and Virtual Delivery) and across the Southeastern United States / U.S. East Coast Region (Of Country/World) Hybrid – On/Off Client Site and Virtual.

Delivering virtual leadership learning solutions that strengthen workforce readiness, leadership effectiveness, and mission performance.

Learning Objectives: Develop skills to effectively lead and manage remote teams; strengthen virtual communication; improve workforce engagement; build trust and accountability; manage performance in remote settings; and leverage collaboration technologies to achieve organizational objectives.

• Develop lesson plans; facilitate classroom and virtual instruction; conduct assessments; provide coaching and feedback; support curriculum updates and survey-driven improvements.

Qualifications
