Shift times are general hours; some projects may require earlier or later reporting based on customer requirements. Job Description IDS is seeking a Modeling and Simulation Support Lead to support mission training and exercise requirements through the development of modeling, simulation, terrain, and media products. The selected candidate will provide leadership for simulation activities, support virtual and constructive simulation environments, and oversee terrain and media development efforts. Key Duties Support Army modeling and simulation activities. Utilize Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Terra Vista Dart or equivalent terrain creation/authoring software. Support virtual and constructive computer simulations. Perform video editing and author simulation-specific scenarios. Provide leadership and supervision of simulation support personnel. Support media and terrain development requirements. Requirements Secret clearance. Bachelor’s degree. In-depth knowledge of Army Modeling and Simulation concepts. In-depth knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Terra Vista Dart or equivalent Terrain Creation/Authoring Suite. Effective leadership and supervisory skills. Experience supervising personnel. Two years of experience with virtual and constructive computer simulations, video editing, and authoring of specific simulation scenarios. Preferred Qualifications Two years of supervisory experience of a media/terrain modeling development team focusing on constructive and virtual simulations. Compensation Competitive Hourly Pay Benefits Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds, but may vary depending on the position.
