You will integrate technical leadership with operational awareness to ensure the reliability, performance, security, and readiness of all simulation systems and supporting infrastructure.You will lead a multidisciplinary engineering team spanning software development, systems engineering, network operations, information assurance, modeling & simulation, and enterprise IT. Your role will focus on coordinating daily technical activities, managing workloads, enforcing engineering discipline, and driving continual improvement across the simulation environment. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
