As a BCBA, you'll lead the clinical care of your caseload by conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising Behavior Therapists, and partnering closely with families. This is a full-time, school-based position serving Quincy Public Schools. As an SSAC Behavior Analyst, you'll provide clinical leadership by conducting assessments, developing individualized ABA treatment plans, monitoring client progress, and supervising Behavior Therapists. You'll maintain a caseload as determined by the Clinical or Executive Director while collaborating with families, fellow BCBAs, and clinical leadership to deliver high-quality autism services and positive client outcomes.

Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 annual salary, plus the opportunity to earn an additional $5k - $10k per year through monthly bonus opportunities available by participating in the Extended School Year (ESY) progra.

Responsibilities

• Provide client-specific oversight including initial assessments, treatment plan development, reassessments, scheduling, and caseload management
• Supervise Behavior Therapists
• Monitor client data and progress
• Write, modify, and train staff on treatment programs
• Serve as the primary point of contact for families, providing updates on progress and addressing concerns
• Facilitate client transitions to new teams when clinically appropriate
• Provide school consultation services
• Collaborate with other providers and professionals
• Provide individual and group parent training
• Provide leadership, train new Behavior Therapists, and mentor other BCBAs within the program
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director and Executive Director on individual client needs and program-wide initiatives
• Contribute to site-specific and company-wide projects and tasks as directed
• Participate in clinical meetings, staff meetings, and professional development activities
• Protect the confidentiality of clients and their families

Required Skills

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field required
• BCBA certification and Massachusetts license (LABA) required
• One (1) or more years of BCBA experience preferred; newly certified BCBAs are encouraged to apply through our BCBA Pathway Program
• At least three (3) years of ABA experience or experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• At least three (3) years of experience working with children with autism ages 14 and younger, including toddlers
• Access to two recent redacted writing samples demonstrating clinical skills (Functional Behavior Assessment, Treatment Plan, Behavior Support Plan, or Instructional Program)
• Two (2) professional or academic supervisor references
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Physical ability to occasionally lift or transport clients or equipment weighing up to 40 pounds
• Ability to move quickly to follow clients when walking or running
• Must consent to and successfully complete all required background screenings
• Ability to travel to client homes throughout the South Shore service area as needed
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment that requires extended periods of walking, standing, kneeling, and active engagement with clients
• Commitment to completing and maintaining Safety Care certification and training requirements
