BCBA Opportunity – Home-Based ABA
Join Champions ABA - MA , a dynamic organization dedicated to empowering individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to reach their full potential. Our mission is to provide compassionate, flexible, and collaborative in-home and community-based ABA therapy that honors the unique voice of every individual. As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking a highly skilled and passionate BCBA to lead our home-based ABA therapy services in Boston, MA.
About the Role:
As a BCBA , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the lives of individuals with ASD, providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy in a home-based setting. Responsibilities:
Design and implement individualized ABA therapy programs for clients with ASD in a home-based setting
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and track progress
Provide training and support to parents and caregivers to ensure successful implementation of therapy strategies
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, research, and new technologies to continuously improve services

Requirements:
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Minimum 0 years of experience in ABA therapy or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary teams
