What You'll Do Handle personal injury matters from litigation through resolution. Negotiate directly with insurance companies. Draft, file, and argue motions in Superior and Federal Court. Conduct and defend depositions. Handle arbitrations. Guide clients through every stage of the litigation process. Collaborate with the team to improve processes and client service. Utilize technology, including case management software and AI tools, to improve efficiency. Many clients are immigrants, professional drivers, and entrepreneurs who depend on their vehicles and businesses to support their families. This role requires more than strong legal knowledge.
