Bachelors degree in a related field is a plus Reports to: Agency Director Primary Duties:
- Identify, interview, and hire outstanding candidates
- Onboard new caregivers and ensure full state compliance
- Coordinate schedules and thoughtfully match caregivers to clients based on personality, availability, and skill set
- Build and maintain strong relationships with caregivers to promote engagement and retention
- Support ongoing staffing needs and daily office operations
- Prepare caregiver hours for payroll
- Monitor the office phone
- Other duties as they may be assigned
- 18 years or older
- Willing and able to commute to the office daily
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
- Well-organized, prompt, and communicate effectively
