Job SummaryServe as a collaborative leader and trusted advisor within the Operations Team, with the objective of providing world-class operational service delivery to the client's portfolio and customers. Advise clients on various aspects of facilities and compliance program delivery, owning the process from idea to execution. Identify key priorities across programs, align organizational stakeholders, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure quality, speed, predictability, and outcomes — including full oversight of Fire Life Safety vendor management and regulatory compliance.---Job Responsibilities1. Relationship ManagementLead the client relationship and interface for assigned business segment(s) and additional initiativesEstablish a "Trusted Advisor" relationship with client counterparts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in compliance, programs, focused on but not limited to fire life safetyCoordinate work and/or approvals between internal and/or external groups2. Program Management & OperationsLead programs to create value for the client and ensure program deliveries meet or exceed expectationsDrive adherence to established processes while demonstrating agility and creativity to meet dynamic business needsProvide management and leadership direction for the design, development, and implementation of programsManage the approval process for all assigned projects and escalate risks throughout the organization appropriatelyCollaborate with account-wide team and proactively share and reapply all learnings, successes, and best practices3. Fire Life Safety Vendor ManagementServe as the primary point of accountability for all Fire Life Safety (FLS) vendor relationships, contracts, and performanceOversee the selection, onboarding, and ongoing performance management of FLS vendors including inspection, testing, and maintenance (ITM) contractorsEnsure all FLS vendors maintain current certifications, licenses, and insurance in accordance with applicable codes and client requirementsManage and track completion of all FLS inspections, testing, and maintenance activities across the portfolio to ensure full compliance with NFPA, IFC, and local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirementsMaintain accurate and up-to-date FLS records, inspection reports, deficiency logs, and corrective action documentationCoordinate with the EHS team and client stakeholders to resolve FLS deficiencies in a timely mannerServe as the point of escalation for FLS-related incidents, regulatory findings, or vendor performance issuesReview and approve FLS vendor scopes of work, proposals, and invoices in alignment with budget parameters4. Quality & ComplianceDevelop, implement, and maintain compliance programs, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) aligned with client requirements and regulatory standardsConduct and manage regular compliance audits, site inspections, and gap analyses across the portfolioTrack and report on key compliance KPIs, corrective actions, and program performance metricsIdentify trends and patterns in compliance data; develop and implement corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plansEnsure timely completion and documentation of all regulatory reporting obligationsCollaborate with operations, sourcing, and EHS teams to embed quality and compliance standards into day-to-day service delivery participation in RFPs etc. Compose, review, and maintain technical documentation including audit reports, compliance registers, and program manualsResponsible for oversight and completion of JLL JCAP Program5.
