Job Overview A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney in Blue Ash, Ohio. The role involves processing and legal work in foreclosure, bankruptcy, and title. The successful candidate will represent financial institution clients in loss mitigation and asset recovery efforts, ensuring professional representation through timely and compliant processes. Duties Draft and prepare legal documents for court filing, including FDCPA Letters, Demand Letters, Notices of Sale, and Sheriff's Deeds. Represent client interests and provide strategic legal counsel on various issues. Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw. Review court alerts and provide compliance guidance promptly. Collaborate with attorneys, legal assistants, support staff, and external vendors. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors. Requirements "Juris Doctor (JD)" from a law school. Admission to the State Bar of Ohio and in good standing. 1+ years of experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy, title, collections, or creditors' rights preferred. Knowledge of Ohio court procedures and filing requirements. Strong legal research and writing skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong analytical and research skills.
