Entry Level Representative : Auto Glass Division

About the Position

We are looking for a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Representative to join our Auto Glass Division. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, learning about the automotive industry, and being part of a fast-paced team.

No previous auto glass experience is required. We will provide training to help you learn our products, services, systems, and sales process.

Responsibilities

Assist customers on site with their auto glass needs and questions
Schedule and coordinate auto glass appointments for technicians
Provide customers with accurate information about products and services
Communicate with technicians, insurance companies, and customers
Maintain accurate customer and job information
Follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience
Provide friendly, professional customer service

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Dependable and organized
Comfortable using computers and learning new software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous sales, customer service, automotive, or insurance experience is a plus, but not required
