Responsibilities Work with Design, PD, and Merchandising teams to understand deliverables and meet deadlines for creating and passing product specs for all stages of development—from concept through production, including proto rounds and final bulk pass off. Collaborate with design teams to ensure all specs reflect designer intentions and verify accuracy of sketches and dimensions. Assist Tech Designer and Senior Tech Designer in executing final product spec updates and corrections for the season, ensuring changes after market are approved by the design team. Ensure product specs are consistent across all factories and seasons. Review and correct post-market samples. Create and maintain digital design detail and standards libraries. Research product functionality trends across the market. Create CAD and artwork in Illustrator & Photoshop as needed. Qualifications Strong communication and email skills. Detailed note taking and organizational skills. Construction knowledge preferred. Flexibility to work in-office, as needed, based on the development calendar. Preferred Skills 2–4 years of experience. College degree in fashion design or a related field. Illustrator and Photoshop experience required. Experience with Substance 3D, Raspberry AI, Adobe Firefly AI, or other product design AI is a plus. Microsoft Excel experience is a plus.
