Training And Development Manager

We are looking for a Training and Development Manager to join an industry-leading organization to manage companywide efforts for training and development. This role will focus on developing leadership skills across the organization, including management development at the corporate office as well as partnering with regional trainers to ensure proper programs are in place for those working in the field support company operations. This will be a hybrid working environment moving forward.

Responsibilities: Training and Development Manager

• analyses, resolve discrepancies, and report on metrics as requested by management.
• Ensuring strategic alignment of the training department with business goals.
• Identifying training needs by consulting with stakeholders and using needs assessments.
• Developing and delivering training solutions that meet business needs.
• Optimizing training processes for efficiency.
• Selecting and managing resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training.
• Create employee surveys to incorporate findings into training programs moving forward
• Managing the technologies and technical personnel (HMOT Trainers) required to develop, manage and deliver training.
• Leadership and management of field trainers (3-4 trainers) and support staff.

Requirements: Training and Development Manager

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or Related field preferred
• 3+ years of proven experience in a corporate training and development position.
• Strong presentation skills (Verbally in person and on-line in virtual meeting formats)
• Experience with e-learning development tools
