Receptionist Full Time in Citrus, CA

Receptionist needed for busy, multispecialty ASC in Citrus Heights, CA. United Surgical Partners International is a company that specializes in the development and operation of Ambulatory Surgical Facilities in the U.S. We provide first-class surgical services for local communities and recognize our employees as our number one assets. The Registration Coordinator interfaces with patients and families, physicians and staff; Admit patients and process their paperwork; Update patient demographics/information in system; Collect monies due and document in the billing system; Handle funds per office procedure. Answer incoming phone calls.

Pay Range: $24.00 - $28.00 / hour Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual's qualifications and experience.

Required Skills:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• One year previous experience or some hospital clerical experience or medical terminology preferred.
• Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment that are required to fulfill job duties.
• Forty-five (45) wpm typing skills required.
• Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Good communication skills.

Must have Healthcare experience.
