What will I do as an RN Charge Nurse?

Establish a compassionate environment

Assure quality of care

Maintains a cooperative relationship among health care teams

What is required for this RN Charge Nurse position?

Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing (RN: Registered Nurse)
Current RN licensure by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing
Prefer, previous rehabilitation or long-term care experience
