Salary Range: $40,000.00 To $80,000.00 with year over year growth

As a logistics broker at Carrier Connex, you will be responsible for cultivating, advancing, closing, and managing accounts. This isn’t a call factory, our approach is methodical and purposeful. Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with sales software and tools. (Excel, TMS, CRM).

• Proven experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or a similar role.

• Experience building and running a book of business.

• Researching prospects and building value props.

• Strong negotiation skills.

• Willingness to learn and grow.

• Money motivated.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers and shippers to ensure competitive pricing and service levels.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their logistics needs and providing tailored solutions.

• Full understanding of our entire portfolio of supply chain services.

• Monitor shipments and resolve any issues that may arise during the transportation process.

• Analyze market trends and data to optimize routing and shipping strategies.

Commission/Compensation:

• Paid 90-day training (If needed)

• Commission: 40% of all margins.

• Full benefits after 90 days.
