In this role, you will handle inbound customer inquiries, provide exceptional service, resolve account-related questions, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have previous call center experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding accounts, products, services, and general support.
• Resolve customer issues accurately while meeting quality and productivity standards.
• Research and troubleshoot customer concerns to provide timely resolutions.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every interaction.
• Meet established service level agreements (SLAs), quality metrics, and performance goals.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Stay current on company products, policies, and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree required.
• Previous Call Center or Contact Center experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Finance, Banking, Financial Services, or related industry.
• Experience supporting financial products or account services.
• Experience working with CRM or customer support platforms.
