Position Overview Inner Balance is hiring a CRM Manager to build, launch, and maintain our email and CRM program in Klaviyo. You will work directly under our Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, turning her lifecycle strategy and testing roadmap into live campaigns, flows, and segments across all four product lines. This is a hands-on execution role. Most of your week will be spent inside Klaviyo: building flows, scheduling campaigns, setting up A/B tests, maintaining segments, and keeping the account clean and well-organized. You will also pull performance reports, flag issues early, and help connect Klaviyo results to our MD30 multi-touch attribution model (BigQuery/Looker). The ideal candidate is a fast, detail-oriented Klaviyo builder who ships accurately and on schedule, takes ownership of quality, and wants to grow toward lifecycle strategy over time. Key Responsibilities Campaign & Flow Execution in Klaviyo Build, QA, and deploy email campaigns and automated flows (welcome, browse/cart/checkout abandonment, onboarding, post-purchase, replenishment, win-back) for Oestra, Libida, BodyMatched, and NAD+/Peptides. Manage the weekly campaign calendar: build sends, schedule them, and make sure everything goes out on time and correctly. Lay out emails using existing brand guidelines and Klaviyo templates; prepare clear briefs for the design team when custom creative is needed. Set up flow logic, including conditional splits, trigger filters, time delays, and dynamic content, from specs provided by the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager. Run thorough QA on every send: links, rendering across devices and clients, personalization tags, UTMs, and audience targeting. Segmentation & Account Management Build and maintain segments and lists that reflect each product's customer journey, including subscription and one-time purchase paths. Keep the Klaviyo account organized: naming conventions, tags, folders, archived flows, and documentation of what's live. Monitor list health and deliverability (bounce rates, spam complaints, unsubscribes, sender reputation) and run regular suppression and sunset processes. Troubleshoot integration and event-tracking issues, and coordinate with engineering when custom events or data feeds need fixing. Testing & Reporting Set up and launch A/B tests in Klaviyo (subject lines, send times, content, flow structure) according to the testing roadmap. Track tests through to completion and document results in a shared test log. Pull weekly and monthly performance reports from Klaviyo, and help reconcile them against MD30 attribution in Looker. Flag performance drops, anomalies, or data discrepancies quickly, with a first look at the likely cause. Compliance & Quality Make sure every email and flow follows Inner Balance's compliance rules for prescription and compounded products (e.g., no unapproved treatment or cure claims, no FDA-approval language, product-specific restrictions). Route content through the required review steps before launch. Qualifications Required 3+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing. Strong, hands-on Klaviyo experience, including building flows, campaigns, segments, A/B tests, and reports. Please be ready to walk us through flows you've built. Comfort with Klaviyo flow logic: trigger and profile filters, conditional splits, time delays, and dynamic content/personalization. Ability to build a clean, on-brand email from templates and brand guidelines without a designer. Working knowledge of deliverability best practices, list hygiene, and suppression management. Strong attention to detail and a disciplined QA process. Comfort with data: you can pull reports, read the numbers, and spot when something looks off. Ability to manage multiple sends and deadlines at once with little supervision. Preferred Experience at an ecommerce, DTC, or consumer subscription business (e.g., Shopify, Recharge, or similar integrations with Klaviyo). Experience with Klaviyo SMS. Basic HTML/CSS for email. Familiarity with BigQuery, Looker, or multi-touch attribution concepts. Experience in health tech, digital health, or another regulated consumer category. Klaviyo certification(s).
