Provides age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers. Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.# **Education*** Bachelor's Degree* Master's Degree (Preferred)* Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy# # **Certification/Licensure*** Physical Therapy License (Required)# **Experience*** Performs modalities/therapeutic interventions in accordance with accepted standards of care and department policies and procedures.* Provides effective instruction to the patient and family through standardized educational programs and/or individualized training.* Initiate, develop, and maintain collaborative interactions with internal and external team members, patients, and family members to improve patient outcomes.
