Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.* Performs modalities/therapeutic interventions in accordance with accepted standards of care and department policies and procedures.* Provides effective instruction to the patient and family through standardized educational programs and/or individualized training.* Initiate, develop, and maintain collaborative interactions with internal and external team members, patients, and family members to improve patient outcomes. Productive and efficient in daily operations.* Selects and performs the appropriate assessment procedures.
