Senior/Staff Software EngineerGenesis10 is currently seeking a Senior/Staff Software Engineer for a contract-to-hire position with a Financial Services Organization located in Minneapolis, MN. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. Compensation: $95.00 - $96.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications. Position Overview: This is a senior-level engineering role focused on building an internal AI toolkit for engineers. The goal is to create a unified playbook and set of tools to help internal software engineers build more efficiently. This position is focused on engineering productivity and enabling developers to use AI-supported tools in their day-to-day work.Key Responsibilities:Build an internal AI toolkit for engineersCreate a unified playbook and set of tools that help internal software engineers build more efficientlyEnable engineers to use AI-supported tools in their day-to-day developmentDefine and build tools where the scope may still be evolvingWork with internal engineering teams and understand developer pain pointsBuild useful internal toolsPrimary Requirements:Strong software engineering backgroundExperience with AI tooling, developer productivity, internal platforms, or engineering enablementFront-end, full-stack, or broader engineering experienceComfortable helping define and build tools where the scope is evolvingSenior/staff-level ownershipStrong communication and collaboration skillsAble to work with internal engineering teams and understand developer pain pointsCurious, practical, and able to build useful internal toolsOpen to converting to a full-time position and does not require sponsorshipOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
