The facility is dedicated to serving underserved communities with a team-based approach to comprehensive healthcare delivery.\n

Job Details: \n
\n• Provide full scope family medicine care including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients\n
\n• Manage patient panel in a patient-centered medical home environment\n
\n• Work with underserved patient populations in community health setting\n
\n• Utilize EPIC EMR system for patient care documentation\n
\n• Collaborate with certified bilingual Medical Assistant for translation and patient care\n
\n• Work 1.0 FTE schedule (40 hours per week with 34 hours clinical and 6 hours administrative time)\n
\n• Participate in team-based approach to comprehensive patient care\n
\n• Must complete ACGME/AOA-accredited Family Medicine Residency program\n
\n• Opportunity for 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Guatemala\n
\n• HPSA Primary Care Score of 18\n
