I'm working with a growing organization seeking a Staff Accountant to join its accounting team. Responsibilities Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations Assist with month-end and year-end close Maintain the general ledger Support financial reporting and analysis Assist with balance sheet reconciliations Partner with finance and operational teams on accounting initiatives Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting 2-4 years of accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP Experience with ERP systems is preferred Excellent attention to detail and communication skills This position offers strong mentorship, career advancement opportunities, and the chance to be part of a collaborative finance team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
