Job Summary
EZGo is a growing tech company expanding our car marketplace and storefronts across the country, forever changing the way people sell their cars. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic EZGo Sales Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and innovative technology, and a strong ability to engage with customers, guiding them through our advanced car selling platform. As an EZGo Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers on the phone and in-person at our stores. Our customers are regularly blown away by how our tech empowers them to find buyers across the country willing to pay the most for their car. You will be their trusted advisor through their journey.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a walk-through of our platform to showcase features and benefits to potential customers.
• Handle transactions accurately, ensuring customer payout procedures are followed.
• Maintain an organized work environment, keeping yourspace neat and appealing.
• Process transactions with customers.
• Supervise junior staff members when necessary, offering guidance and support in their roles.
• Exhibit strong phone etiquette when handling customer calls, addressing questions effectively.
• Actively engage in customer sales activities, explaining the benefits of our platform, and providing recommendations when appropriate.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as this can enhance customer interactions.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service and retail sales is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
• Basic math skills are essential for processing transactions accurately.
• Experience in supervising or training staff is a plus but not mandatory.
