Job Description
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
- Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine material, labor, and equipment costs.
- Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to gather necessary pricing information.
- Track and document project costs and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Evaluate project risks and provide recommendations to minimize cost overruns.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market pricing and construction trends.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and sourcing materials.
- Support the team in developing value-engineering solutions.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Estimator should have:
- Experience with preparing cost estimates for construction projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and market pricing.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and subcontractors.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
