We are seeking an experienced Dietary Supervisor for our Skilled Long-Term Care Facility in Albany, NY to oversee our dining operations and ensure exceptional food service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service healthcare management. Dietary Supervisor Key Duties Overall supervision of the kitchen during scheduled shift. Properly opens or closes the department as required. Ensures proper sanitation of the kitchen and equipment incompliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Ensured meal service times are on schedule. Performs other job-related duties. Dietary Supervisor Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED). ServSafe Certification preferred or will become ServSafe certified after hired. Previous management or supervisory experience.
