Property Manager/Operations, CLASS A Commercial Property Management!!!

Duties Include:

• Act as a strategic resource to property teams across the portfolio, assisting with complex operational challenges, resolving escalated issues, and providing timely guidance to ensure continuity and efficiency.

• Lead the operational integration of newly acquired or assigned properties by coordinating system implementation, managing vendor transitions, and ensuring adherence to portfolio-wide processes and standards.
\n
• Identify successful initiatives and operational efficiencies at individual assets, then promote and implement those best practices across the portfolio to drive consistency and performance.
\n
• Provide interim leadership support when needed by filling operational gaps at the General Manager or Assistant General Manager level, ensuring uninterrupted property operations and adequate team coverage across the portfolio.
\n
• Develop and deliver portfolio performance reporting by compiling operational metrics, executive summaries, dashboards, and key insights to support informed decision-making by senior leadership.
\n
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness, adoption, and overall impact of operational programs and initiatives across the portfolio.
\n
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives, coordinate operational rollouts, support compliance audits, and drive continuous process enhancements that improve efficiency and consistency throughout the portfolio.
\n
• Partner with senior leadership to support vendor sourcing, contract administration, and procurement activities, including managing bid processes, evaluating service providers, and helping ensure quality service delivery across the portfolio.
\n
• Evaluate operational processes, systems, and technology platforms to identify improvement opportunities, streamline workflows, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, consistency, and overall operational effectiveness.
\n
• Develop, refine, and oversee the implementation of portfolio-wide operating standards, procedures, and best practices to promote operational excellence, drive consistency, and deliver a best-in-class experience throughout the commercial real estate portfolio.
\n
• Partner with Finance and Asset Management teams to support annual business planning activities, including forecasting, budget development, and long-range operational planning across the portfolio.
\n
• Review property financial performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing operating statements, variance reports, reforecasts, and capital expenditure activity to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
\n
• Drive cost-containment initiatives through the evaluation of vendor relationships, service contracts, and operational practices, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency while maintaining service quality.
\n
• Oversee vendor and contractor accountability by monitoring compliance with service level agreements, contract requirements, and performance expectations, while collaborating with property teams and procurement to address deficiencies and implement corrective action plans.

Qualifications:

5+ years in commercial property management

Experience with Class A office/retail

Experience supporting multiple properties

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
