We're currently hiring for a Bilingual Logistics Coordinator on behalf of one of our clients in Jacksonville, FL!

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Revise and Quote Shipments: Update shipment instructions and quotes, request missing information if needed.
• Email Management: Respond to emails promptly.
• Shipment Handling: Follow executive instructions and company policies.
• Data Entry: Create shipper, consignee, and vendor profiles; open and update shipment records.
• Payment Collection: Collect payments as per instructions (PIA or COD).
• Scheduling: Arrange daily pickups with vendors and follow up until delivery.
• Documentation Verification: Ensure shipment documentation matches cargo quantities.
• Compliance: File AES for shipments over $2,500 and request necessary authorizations.
• Booking and Documentation: Request bookings, generate shipment documents, and send pre-alerts.
• Customer Updates: Notify customers of shipment status and delays.
• Quote Requests: Request commercial support quotes and revise consignment instructions.
• Warehouse Coordination: Send loading plans and assist with cargo identification.
• Billing: Invoice shipments, send invoices to customers, and manage cost sheets.
• Discrepancy Management: Address shipment discrepancies and open disputes with vendors.
• Government Compliance: Manage document transmission for domestic shipments.
• Reporting: Notify supervisors of volume changes and report any irregularities.
• Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned.

This position requires onsite presence, Monday-Friday, with a 9am-6pm schedule.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
