Job Type: Full-time (40 hours/week MondayFriday ). Schedule includes early shifts on Mon Wed and Fri (8-hour shifts with flexible start times) and late days on Tue and Thurs (flexible start times with coverage until 67 PM) ; schedule is partially flexible and will be reviewed further during the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patients goals needs and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions including therapeutic exercise manual therapy neuromuscular re-education and modalities to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice)
• Passion for evidence-based patient centered care
• CPR and first aid certification required
• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist with prior clinical experience in any setting with demonstrated experience treating both adult and pediatric populations ; NO New Grads.
