Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of patients' physical conditions, focusing on their strength, range of motion, and functional abilities.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized rehabilitation programs based on evidence-based practices, patient needs, and recovery goals.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques and modalities, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation, to enhance recovery.
• Regularly monitor patient progress, making necessary modifications to treatment plans to achieve desired outcomes.
• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care with physicians, occupational therapists, and other allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment.
• Educate patients and their families about conditions, treatment options, and at-home care strategies to promote self-management and active participation in the rehabilitation process.

The ideal candidate will work closely with a varied patient population that includes individuals recovering from sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and those dealing with chronic musculoskeletal pain. Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey, with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
