Work Environment

Working from our onsite rehabilitation facility, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on patient-centered care. Our daily operations run from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, creating a consistent and structured work schedule. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with a range of musculoskeletal issues, including back pain, joint disorders, and post-surgical recovery.
• Develop and implement tailored physical therapy treatment plans based on individual patient evaluations, incorporating manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises.
• Deliver high-quality patient education to empower clients with knowledge about their conditions and the healing process, fostering patient engagement in their rehabilitation.
• Regularly monitor patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other rehabilitation specialists, to provide coordinated care that enhances patient outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment changes accurately in our electronic medical record system to maintain compliant and organized records.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey Physical Therapy License is required to practice.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MSPT) is preferable.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is essential for success in this role.

Preferred Experience

• Hands-on experience with manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise programming, and patient education in a rehabilitation environment.
• Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits
