Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to determine specific treatment plans that address individual recovery goals.
• Design, implement, and adapt treatment programs based on evidence-based practices to facilitate recovery, ensuring they are aligned with physician directives.
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, utilizing specialized techniques to enhance mobility and functionality for patients.
• Offer educational support and training to patients and their caregivers to empower them in the healing process.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment adherence, contributing to ongoing assessments and care adjustments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes, contributing insights from your interventions.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and maintain a warm, inviting atmosphere for all patients.
• Meet performance metrics and clinical goals while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, including individuals undergoing orthopedic rehabilitation, pediatric patients, those with neurological disorders, and athletes recovering from sports injuries. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid State License to practice Physical Therapy, ensuring all legal and professional standards are met.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a clinical setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients and their families.
• Proficient in using electronic health record systems for patient documentation and data management.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization or additional certifications in orthopedic rehabilitation, sports medicine, or manual therapy techniques.

Compensation and Benefits
