Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with functional limitations, developing personalized treatment plans to address their unique needs.
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions through manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education, ensuring that best practices in patient care are adhered to.
• Provide regular consultations to physicians and healthcare providers to discuss a patient's continuum of care and update them on treatment progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation regarding patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge planning, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and insurance requirements.
• Utilize electronic health record systems for seamless communication with the treatment team and maintain up-to-date patient charts.
• Supervise and mentor assigned support staff, such as physical therapy aides and students, fostering a learning environment that promotes professional growth.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
