Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities to develop individualized treatment plans based on their unique needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Administer hands-on physical therapy treatments, employing a variety of modalities, including manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises to facilitate recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, making timely adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families on effective home exercises, injury prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications to encourage sustainable health improvements.
• Stay informed of the latest research and advancements in physical therapy practices and proactively integrate new techniques into patient care to enhance effectiveness.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, to ensure holistic care for each patient.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
