InCore Physical Therapy is looking for a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at our rehabilitation facility located in Tenafly, New Jersey. Work Environment

Our Tenafly rehabilitation facility is designed to provide a comfortable and state-of-the-art environment for both patients and practitioners. The onsite setting promotes collaborative care, allowing for close interactions with fellow healthcare professionals including physicians, occupational therapists, and athletic trainers. Working hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment & Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patient conditions, determining limitations in movement, strength, and functionality.
• Individualized Treatment Plans: Create personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with the specific goals and needs of each patient.
• Hands-On Therapy & Modalities: Utilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and advanced rehabilitation methods to enhance patient recovery processes.
• Patient & Family Education: Instruct patients and their families on effective techniques for injury prevention, proper movement patterns, and home exercise protocols to promote continual health.
• Progress Monitoring & Documentation: Continuously track patient improvements, make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, and maintain detailed and compliant medical records.
• Collaboration & Communication: Engage actively with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and discuss patient outcomes, promoting teamwork and efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus

We primarily serve an adult population dealing with orthopedic conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Our therapists are skilled in addressing the unique needs of each patient, ensuring personalized attention and care throughout the rehabilitation process.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical physical therapy setting, preferably in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient interaction and education.
• Astrong ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic care.
• Knowledge of advanced therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation techniques.
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package. This includes 401(k) options, health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
