Our team includes experienced physical therapists and a physical therapist assistant, all committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Work Environment

Your work setting will be onsite as you engage directly with patients in a well-maintained therapeutic environment designed for optimal healing and recovery. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. This structured timetable allows for a consistent focus on patient care while providing a work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and address patients' goals and rehabilitation needs effectively.
• Manage a patient caseload, seeing one patient per hour, ensuring personalized attention to each individual's treatment plan.
• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans, using evidence-based practice and a variety of treatment techniques tailored to each patient.
• Deliver progressive treatments that enhance range of motion, mobility, strength, and overall functional ability.
• Design specialized wellness and fitness programs that gradually evolve according to patient progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care, integrating feedback from interdisciplinary team members.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes, monitor patient progress, and adjust care plans as necessary to achieve optimal results.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all patient interactions and treatment provided, leveraging EMR systems like WebPT for efficient records management.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will focus on a diverse patient population with varied orthopedic needs, including individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic pain conditions. Our patient-first philosophy emphasizes understanding each patient's unique circumstances and creating an environment conducive to healing and recovery.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid New Jersey state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• No history of board or disciplinary actions against your professional license.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques, enhancing physical treatment interventions.
• Strong competency in developing and executing exercise protocols tailored to patient needs.
• Experience with EMR Software, particularly WebPT for patient management and documentation.

Preferred Experience

We are particularly interested in candidates with prior experience in orthopedic outpatient settings. Familiarity with contemporary therapeutic practices and a commitment to ongoing professional development will be regarded favorably.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plan options, generous paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
