Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique goals and needs.
• Assess and manage a diverse patient caseload, providing consistent and personalized care for optimum recovery.
• Utilize your extensive experience in orthopedic outpatient care to deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions that enhance patient mobility.
• Prioritize non-invasive treatments to minimize reliance on medications and promote natural recovery processes.
• Create comprehensive care plans that integrate a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to achieve targeted outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions meticulously, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and quality care protocols.
• Engage in continuous professional development through participation in workshops, training, and staying current with advancements in physical therapy practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our Rehabilitation Center serves a diverse range of patients, predominantly those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals of various age groups, facilitating their rehabilitation journeys while focusing on improving strength, flexibility, balance, and functional independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Active and valid license to practice Physical Therapy in New Jersey.
• Strong background in orthopedic therapy, with proven ability to deliver effective rehabilitation programs.
• Experience in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, particularly Web PT, for accurate documentation and patient management.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead junior staff, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, specifically in an outpatient orthopedic setting. Familiarity with advanced therapeutic modalities and a commitment to lifelong learning in physical therapy practices are highly valued. Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
