Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of incoming patients to identify wellness goals and establish baseline physical capabilities.

• Implement evidence-based interventions, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise regimens, ensuring the highest standard of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The successful candidate will work primarily with a diverse patient population suffering from orthopedic conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain syndromes. Our patient's age range spans from adolescents to seniors, each requiring customized care plans that adapt to their specific health needs and recovery goals.

Qualifications

• A Master's (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT) degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a physical therapy setting, particularly in outpatient orthopedic care.
• A strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care while keeping abreast of the latest advancements in therapy techniques.
• No history of disciplinary actions on your professional license.
