Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy services specifically tailored for outpatient orthopedic cases.
• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patient needs and capabilities, effectively communicating findings and treatment recommendations.
• Develop and implement organized treatment plans that progress in alignment with each patient's goals.
• Employ evidence-based techniques and innovative methods to enhance the rehabilitation experience, including strength training and conditioning regimens.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy through ongoing education and application of new methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with active adults facing orthopedic challenges, including post-operative recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Your approach will prioritize individualized care plans that account for each patient's unique health history, fitness level, and goals, thereby enhancing their path to recovery.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a current Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of directly related experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with modern therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and exercise prescription.
• Previous experience with electronic medical records (EMR) software and documentation is advantageous.
• CPR certification is preferred to ensure patient safety during treatment sessions.
