Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to identify individual objectives and needs in a healthcare setting.
• Manage treatment sessions efficiently with a patient load of one individual per hour, ensuring personalized and effective care.
• Utilize expertise in orthopedic outpatient techniques to create tailored treatment plans that address each patient's unique requirements.
• Implement cost-effective treatment practices aimed at improving clients' mobility and movement quality.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to enhance overall patient management and care outcomes.
• Continuously assess treatment effects, monitor patient progress, and engage in open communication with clients regarding their rehabilitation journey.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date records of patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing information in adherence to all legal and regulatory standards.

Trigger Physical Therapy primarily serves a wide demographic of patients with varying orthopedic conditions. You will interact with clients seeking rehabilitation following surgery, injury recovery, chronic pain management, and mobility enhancement. This role requires a strong commitment to providing compassionate and effective treatment tailored to each individual's needs.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing physical therapy services, particularly in orthopedic outpatient environments.
• A clean professional record with no instances of disciplinary action against your license.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques, with awareness of current best practices.
• Strong ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a diverse team.

Preferred Experience

Additional experience in specialized therapeutic techniques or certifications in modalities such as dry needling, sports rehabilitation, or geriatric therapy is preferred but not mandatory. Compensation and Benefits
