Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities and limitations, using standardized assessment tools and techniques.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on evaluation results, incorporating evidence-based practices to address each patient's unique needs.
• Administer therapeutic interventions, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, modalities for pain relief, and neuromuscular re-education.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care, providing updates and adjustments to treatment plans as required.
• Instruct and educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, strategies for injury prevention, and effective techniques for managing ongoing rehabilitation needs.
• Document patient progress and treatment interventions meticulously to meet regulatory standards and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient base, including athletes, post-surgical patients, and those managing chronic illnesses such as arthritis or neurological disorders. Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey is required.

Compensation and Benefits
