Key Responsibilities

• Implement personalized physical therapy treatment plans based on thorough evaluations and assessments, ensuring adherence to established protocols and professional standards.
• Conduct regular sessions that may include, but are not limited to, therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and pain management techniques tailored to each patient's specific needs.
• Supervise and mentor physical therapist assistants and support staff, ensuring the high-quality delivery of care and adherence to best practices in therapy.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, encouraging active patient participation in their rehabilitation journey.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of patient care activities and progress as per regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will be working primarily with adolescents, adults, and older adults recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required; a Master's degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
