Work Environment

The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a consistent routine that benefits both our staff and our patients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients suffering from orthopedic conditions to determine their specific needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices, innovative techniques, and rehabilitation protocols.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation to optimize patient recovery.
• Monitor patients' progress regularly, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary based on clinical evaluations and outcomes.
• Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care that aligns with medical advice and protocols.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, injury prevention strategies, and home exercise programs, ensuring they are equipped for successful recovery.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits
