The Restore and Rise Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team as a full-time Orthopedic Rehabilitation Specialist. Work Environment

Our rehabilitation facility offers an onsite work environment designed to promote healing and recovery. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, our facility allows therapists to deliver comprehensive treatment and utilize the latest rehabilitation modalities. With a typical work week from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, our therapists enjoy a balanced work-life arrangement while serving a diverse patient population in Northvale.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify physical impairments, functional limitations, and rehabilitative needs.
• Develop individualized and progressive rehabilitation programs based on clinical assessments and patient goals.
• Utilize hands-on therapy techniques, including manual therapy and modalities like ultrasound and electrical stimulation, to enhance patient recovery.
• Coach and motivate patients during therapeutic exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and overall functional capabilities.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document patient care utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT, to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to create an integrative approach to rehabilitation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Restore and Rise, you will primarily work with orthopedic patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Our patient population includes individuals of all ages, from active adolescents to seniors, each seeking to restore mobility and functionality following orthopedic challenges.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required. A Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT/DPT) is preferred.
• An active and valid New Jersey Physical Therapy license is mandatory for practice.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is essential.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records systems, specifically WebPT, is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a high-volume outpatient clinic, managing multiple patients efficiently.
• Previous roles involving hands-on therapy techniques and rehabilitation program development are advantageous.
• Familiarity with modern rehabilitation technologies and methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits
