Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality orthopedic physical therapy treatments based on individual patient needs and professional standards.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and exercise prescription, to enhance patient rehabilitation.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to develop personalized care plans that support recovery and rehabilitation goals.
• Supervise physical therapist assistants and technicians, ensuring their adherence to treatment protocols and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as orthopedic surgeons and occupational therapists, to devise multi-faceted treatment plans.
• Engage in patient education and training to empower patients in their recovery processes, helping them understand exercises and therapy goals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus
