Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, including detailed assessments of musculoskeletal health and function.
• Create and implement individualized physical therapy plans tailored to meet each patient's specific needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and treatment modalities.
• Monitor and document patient progress diligently, adapting therapy interventions and strategies to optimize recovery outcomes and facilitate ongoing improvement.
• Provide education and guidance on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and self-care techniques, empowering patients to maintain their physical health independently.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare team members to ensure a holistic approach to patient care and to streamline recovery efforts.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions as needed, fostering patient engagement and motivation through interaction and shared experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will engage with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist, ensuring adherence to the legal and regulatory standards of the profession.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in physical therapy, specifically addressing orthopedic injuries and rehabilitation.
• In-depth knowledge of orthopedic conditions, treatment protocols, and rehabilitation strategies.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an attractive salary range between USD 110,000 and 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
