Resilience Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team in Irvington, New Jersey. Work Environment

This role is based onsite, primarily providing home care services to our patients. You will work in a dynamic setting, where adaptability and strong communication skills are key. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions, focusing on musculoskeletal health and identifying areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement customized physical therapy treatment plans based on individual patient needs, ensuring they align with each patient's health goals.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting therapy plans as necessary to enhance outcomes and foster continued improvement.
• Provide education on injury prevention strategies, rehabilitation exercises, and self-care techniques to empower patients in their recovery process.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to create a holistic approach to rehabilitation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on patients with orthopedic conditions, including but not limited to post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, arthritis, and chronic pain conditions. You will work with a diverse patient demographic ranging from young athletes to older adults, each requiring unique care strategies tailored to their specific recovery needs.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist, adhering to individuals' legal and regulatory standards.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience in the field, with demonstrated expertise in treating musculoskeletal injuries and conditions.
• In-depth knowledge of various orthopedic conditions, treatment methodologies, and rehabilitation protocols.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect effectively with patients, families, and team members.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in home care settings, allowing you to develop an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities associated with providing therapy in patients' homes.

Compensation and Benefits
