Senior Project Estimator — Commercial TI (Denver)

Responsibilities Prepare accurate project estimates, budgets, and bid packages Review plans, specifications, and subcontractor proposals Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors Manage project timelines, budgets, and overall execution Conduct site visits and attend project meetings as needed Support business development and maintain strong client relationships Assist in value engineering and problem-solving throughout projects Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in the commercial construction industry in the Denver metro area Current relationships with commercial real estate brokers, property owners, and property management firms Strong estimating experience in commercial construction Direct experience with tenant improvement (TI) projects required Ground-up construction experience preferred Knowledge of local subcontractors, vendors, and permitting processes Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Proficiency with construction estimating and project management software is a plus (Procore, Bluebeam Revu and Excel) What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunity for long-term growth within a respected local company Collaborative, family-oriented work environment Strong pipeline of repeat clients and ongoing projects Direct involvement with leadership and decision-making #J-18808-Ljbffr Beaver Construction Consulting, Inc.
