Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Illinois state PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency with standard outpatient modalities and therapeutic exercise programs preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel or contract PT experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records systems preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: AM 8.
• Work pattern: 5x8.
